A huge rain tree by to Petchaburi river marks the entry point to this small, tranquil riverside village hidden among the trees with the stream in Kaeng Krajan running past. The village has been transformed into an organic farming and economy learning site and now offers homestay accommodation for visitors. Various learning activities through conservational forest-friendly and environment-centered activities are available, initiated by the Tree Bank Project, such as planting trees using a “seed bombing” method. These activities help connect the people with the environment while promoting social responsibility with respect to environmental conservation among the locals.
